2. Delivery Method & Access

All digital products purchased through our website are delivered electronically. Immediately upon successful payment, customers gain access through:

• A secure user account dashboard on our website, with a dedicated Downloads section.
• Details to download the digital product will be provided in the purchase confirmation email.

No physical shipment, courier, or postal delivery is involved.

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital products are made available instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

You should be able to access your files within minutes of completing your order.

4. Download Limits & Access Period

To ensure license security and prevent abuse, download access is managed as follows:

Initial Download Limit: Each purchased product can be downloaded a maximum of 3 (three) times from your account dashboard.

Lifetime Access: Your license to the product and its updates is perpetual. Even after reaching the download limit, you retain access to view the product in your Downloads section and may request additional download links.

Exceeding the Limit: If you require more than 3 downloads (for example, due to a new device, lost files, or accidental deletions), please contact our support team at support@wecanget.com. We will promptly verify your account and grant extensions or provide new download links at no extra charge.

Your Responsibility: We recommend saving your downloaded files securely on your primary device and maintaining a backup (such as a cloud drive) after the first download.

5. How to Download Your Products

• Log into your account at https://www.wecanget.com/account/login.php
• Navigate to the Downloads section in your dashboard.
• Locate the purchased product and click the provided download link.
• Your download will begin, and the download counter for that product will increment.

6. No Physical Shipping

Since all products are digital:

• No shipping charges apply.
• No tracking numbers are generated.
• A physical delivery address is not required.

7. International Delivery

Our digital products are available for purchase and download globally, subject to local laws and regulations.

Delivery is instantaneous and unaffected by the customer's geographical location.

8. Support for Access or Download Issues

If you experience any of the following issues:

• Product not visible in the Downloads section
• Reaching the 3-download limit and requiring an extension
• Broken download links or file errors
• Any other access-related problems
